Regular updates are provided through clear, visual, and concise reports, including progress photos, site walkthrough videos, and milestone tracking. Frequent check-ins and virtual meetings ensure challenges, decisions, and changes are addressed in real time.
Trust is built by demonstrating reliability and responsiveness, addressing issues promptly, presenting solutions, and keeping clients informed at every stage. Clear documentation of decisions and approvals ensures clients feel fully in control, even from a distance.
What role does a site manager play in protecting the creative intent while navigating technical constraints?
