Sophie Grandperrin has joined Allure
Sophie Grandperrin is a Project Director with 10+ years of international experience spanning real estate, workplace strategy, and end-to-end project delivery.
She holds a joint degree in Real Estate and Project Management from Georgia Tech and Grenoble Ecole de Management, which fuels a multidisciplinary approach to how spaces are planned, designed, and delivered.
From workplace and real estate consulting in Paris to project management in San Francisco, Sophie has built a track record of guiding clients through complex transitions with clarity and care.
At Allure, Sophie acts as the project’s “red thread” from start to finish, supporting clients from pre-sales and tender responses through design, construction, and handover. Having worked across change management, workplace strategy, real estate project follow-up, and client close-out, she anticipates needs early and translates them into clear design intent and actionable plans..
She brings the right stakeholders in from day one (architects, pre-construction, delivery), so commitments made up front stay aligned all the way through and clients are given one consistent point of contact who carries the full project history and objectives throughout.
Sophie believes the best environments go beyond aesthetics; they improve the day-to-day experience through thoughtful design, proactive communication, and a true “one team” mindset.
3 words that describe Sophie’s approach to great client partnership:
- Availability: Being reliablly present and easy to reach when support is needed
- Proactivity: Anticipating needs and addressing them early
- Communication: Collaborating as one team, with clear and honest dialogue
