Ana Shpuza joins Allure
Ana is a senior architect and urban designer with extensive international experience in design and urban development. Fluent in English, French, Albanian, and Italian, her multicultural background and cross-border professional journey has enriched her architectural perspective, enabling her to weave cultural awareness into every project.
A graduate of the Polytechnic University of Turin, she has led and contributed to major projects across Europe — in Italy, Albania, the U.K., and France — gaining a deep understanding of diverse urban contexts and design methodologies.
From large-scale urban developments to public, infrastructural, cultural, and commercial projects, her work is defined by a consistent focus on sustainability, adaptability, and social value throughout every stage of design.
Ana’s architectural philosophy is grounded in the belief that design should engage meaningfully with its context, history, and users. She strives to create spaces that balance functionality and cultural identity , where architecture becomes a bridge between tradition and the evolving needs of contemporary life.
She is also the author of Tirana: 100 Years as Capital, a historical guide and analysis of the urban evolution of Tirana over the past century. Her work reflects a commitment to cultural heritage, storytelling, and the continuous transformation of modern cities.
Please join us in giving her a warm welcome!
