This American multinational tech company, ranked on the Fortune 500 list, is a leader in the manufacture of personal computers, servers, monitors, software, and information security solutions.
With its well-established international presence, the Client entrusted our team to manage and deliver its Milan project. Seeking a partner renowned for both global expertise and local integration, the client found the ideal match in Allure.
Our multicultural approach played a pivotal role in successfully navigating the project, bridging the gap between Italy and the client’s Dublin headquarters. The team’s fluency in English and Italian ensured smooth communication and efficient coordination among all stakeholders.
The Need for a Modern Workplace Transformation
Based in their Milan headquarters since 2011, the space had become outdated, limiting design, size, and appeal. With the company’s local branch growing, the need for a modern workplace became clear.
The new office needed to accommodate all Italian commercial teams and encourage employees to return three days a week, as outlined by corporate and local collective agreements. It also required advanced technology, such as a state-of-the-art server room and a defense room to meet strict security standards, all within a single-floor space spanning 2,400m² and 4-meter ceiling heights.
From Brief to Delivery
After the architectural plans were validated, based on a strategic analysis of the brand, people, and space, the project kicked off with the restructuring of the building shell to align with both the design vision and sustainability goals.
The new workspace was designed to accommodate over 400 employees and featured:
- Fully equipped, functional bench desks
- Townhall, conference, meeting, and hybrid rooms
- Collaborative zones to encourage human interaction and serendipitous encounters
Seamless Integration of State-of-the-Art Technology
State-of-the-art technology integration, including the company’s innovative devices and systems, was essential. A dedicated showroom was also created to display the latest advancements and products for clients.
Efficient Workspace Layout Focused on Natural Light
The layout was designed to prioritize natural light, centralizing reception areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces. Open benches and collaborative zones surrounded the perimeter, while the kitchen—designed as a hybrid café and restaurant—connected with the terrace.
Exclusive Showroom for Innovation Display
The showroom was conceptualized as an exclusive space to showcase the company’s latest devices and innovations, catering to the Italian market.
Where Sustainability Meets Design and Technology
