With nearly 80 lawyers from a wide range of backgrounds and professional horizons, and twelve areas of expertise, Flichy Grangé Avocats is a trusted partner to the legal and human resources departments of French and international companies. As one of the leading law firms in employment law, the firm sought a new office space that would reflect its status and expertise.
Last year, the firm moved its headquarters into the prestigious Le Centorial, a historic building located in the heart of Paris. This strategic address, situated between Palais Brongniart and Palais Garnier in the 2nd arrondissement, offers a blend of tradition and modernity, making it the ideal setting for a law firm with a global presence.
To align the office space with its brand values and professional image, Flichy Grangé Avocats partnered with Allure for a law firm office design that would blend contemporary architecture with the firm’s unique vision. The result was a post-modern renovation that elevated the workspace, offering a sophisticated environment for both clients and employees.
Designing a Collaborative Law Firm Workspace
The entire law firm office design process was brought to life through Allure’s signature approach, the Define-Design-Deliver method. By conducting a deep analysis of the firm’s culture, needs, and ways of working, our team of designers created a spatial organization that fosters collaboration, mutual support, and interactions between teams.
Key design factors such as natural light, multiple views of the outside, and a dedicated study on ceiling heights played a crucial role in the project development. These elements ensured both optimal technical performance and a comfortable, pleasant experience for the firm’s employees and clients.
Balanced Law Firm Office Design for Teamwork and Privacy
The lproject is characterized by an even distribution of different office types: open and collaborative spaces, such as meeting rooms, lounge areas, tea rooms, and the cafeteria, are seamlessly integrated with enclosed offices, private meeting rooms, and areas dedicated to confidential matters. This thoughtful layout promotes collaboration at all levels, creating a workspace that fosters teamwork, ensures privacy, and prioritizes functionality.
To fully convey the firm’s DNA, the choice of volumes, shapes, and materials was developed through close collaboration with the client. The goal was to reflect the spirit of the firm as authentically as possible, embodying the core values they hold dear: quality, reliability, and empathy.
Allure’s team selected a soft, welcoming color palette with bright accents that align with Flichy Grangé’s brand colors. Every design element was carefully considered to ensure comfort, efficiency, and confidentiality. The unobstructed view of the Parisian rooftops, integrated into the décor, adds a breath of fresh air to the workspace, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
